At Petly, your privacy comes first. We only collect the information necessary to provide our app’s core functionality — no ads, no tracking, no reselling of data.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Communication between your device and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Local data stays on your device and is never transmitted unless you choose to sync or export it.
Petly uses local notifications to remind you of activities and care tasks. Notifications are sent only after you grant permission in your device settings and can be disabled at any time.
Petly uses Apple’s StoreKit for optional premium features. Payment information is processed entirely by Apple — Petly never stores or has access to it.
Petly is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect improvements or legal changes. You’ll be notified in-app of any major updates.

By using Petly, you agree to these Terms of Service, which outline your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which you use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Petly. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Authentication is handled by Apple and Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials with these providers secure. Petly never has access to your login passwords.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Petly, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.
Optional premium features may be offered through Apple’s StoreKit. Purchases and free trials are handled by Apple, and Apple’s terms apply to all transactions.
All app content, including text, visuals, and code, is owned by Petly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without prior written consent.
Petly is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of insights, or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of the app, including data loss or inability to access the app.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if you misuse the app or violate these terms.
We may modify these terms occasionally. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
